Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name at the end of the notice will be considered your electronic signature).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by providing the following information to [email protected]:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name at the end of the counter-notice will be considered your electronic signature).

Repeat Infringers

Bongo Tuner reserves the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers or those found to be in violation of this DMCA policy.
